Is there a set up fee?
No, there is no set up fee for any of our standard plans.
Is there a free trial period?
Yes, we have a 7-day free trial period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through credit cards and Paypal. We accept online bank transfers for enterprise customers only.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Of course, you can. Canceling your subscription will stop the auto-renewal of your subscription from the next billing cycle. Your existing subscription that you have already paid for will remain active till the end of that billing cycle.
What is a user interaction?
A user interaction in the Kreesalis platform is defined as:

  • A coupon that is opened through web view or API call. If a user opens, claims and validates a coupon, it is marked as one user interaction.
  • A loyalty card user has received or redeemed points.

What happens to my data after I cancel my subscription or if it is cancelled due to non-payment?

Your data is stored for a period of one-month post subscription expiry date. You can write to us at support@kreesalis.com to get all the records if you have failed to download it earlier.
